Loren Lambert has assisted hundreds of clients in divorce, custody, and intrafamilial adoptions. His greatest strength is in preparing and presenting at trial, complex and hard fought property disputes and custody battles. His successes have included defeating allegations of co-habitation, obtaining military benefits for former spouses of military members, locating property that has been hidden by ex-spouses, establishing common law marriages, obtaining custody and visitation rights for fathers, reducing child support and alimony payments for fathers, increasing alimony and child support for mothers, and negotiating appropriate settlements between deadlocked parties.

Attorney Lambert has successfully defended parents charged with child abuse and neglect when pursued by over-zealous government officials, vindictive neighbors, or former spouses, including a successful appeal against DCFS. He is currently assisted by his fellow attorney, in processing domestic cases until they are ready for trial.
